How to enroll at ICC
Enrollment runs through the CK Link portal and two offices on campus. New students pre-register online first; returning students start at the Registrar's Office.
New students
Applying to ICC for the first time, including transferees.
- 1Open the CK Link enrollment portal at iccbi-essentiel.ckgroup.ph.
- 2Choose Pre-registration, fill in the pre-enrollment form and register.
- 3Save the username and password you registered with.
- 4Submit your requirements to the Registrar's Office.
- 5Pay at the Treasurer's Office.
- 6Wait for a text message confirming that you are enrolled.
Returning students
Already enrolled at ICC and moving up a grade or year level.
- 1Go to the Registrar's Office to update your grade or year level.
- 2Pay at the Treasurer's Office.
- 3Open the CK Link enrollment portal at iccbi-essentiel.ckgroup.ph.
- 4Choose Get Username/Password.
- 5Fill in your details.
- 6Wait for a text message with your login details.

What to bring
The Registrar’s Office sets the list for each school year. Call ahead to confirm it before your visit.
Elementary and junior high
- Report card (SF9, formerly Form 138)
- PSA birth certificate
- Certificate of good moral character
- 2×2 ID photos
- Transferees: honorable dismissal
Senior high
- Grade 10 report card (SF9)
- Junior high completion certificate
- PSA birth certificate
- Certificate of good moral character
- 2×2 ID photos
College
- Grade 12 report card (SF9)
- PSA birth certificate
- Certificate of good moral character
- 2×2 ID photos
- Transferees: honorable dismissal and transcript of records
